Certifications
One of our strengths is the extreme attention to the quality and food safety of the product, in all phases of the production cycle. This has allowed us to obtain the following certifications: UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 for the Quality Management System; BRC Global Standard Food, food safety standard of British origin; IFS, food safety standard of German origin. In addition, all products are Kosher certified and registered with the FDA in the USA.
